Lexus Ranks First in JD Power’s UK Customer Satisfaction Study

Lexus has ranked first in the UK’s JD Power Customer Satisfaction study for the 11th straight year — a remarkable achievement made even more impressive by the fact that Lexus has won every year since joining the study.

What’s more — the IS was named the top vehicle in the survey, followed by the RX which placed third overall. A very impressive showing by Lexus.

I am happy to see such a positive results yet again. I can see that the Lexus is doing great regarding the built quality (globaly) and customer service (in major countries). The Slovakia is a different case. I know that the market here is no measure to other bigger countries and that the service quality also stands on the power of individuals but I must admit that the service here is disappointing. I had a test drive last year and there were a couple of things that I didn't like just from the first impression: - the staff was more than 5 minutes late in opening the office (which may be rather insignificant)- the car that came to test drive was just dirty as hell (like it stood every day under the pigeon tree)- the officer that came was looking like they weren't paying much, she wasn't just talking almost anything (responding to questions but the minimum what was necessary)(I've heard terrible stories about Toyota road assistance service here.)I still strongly believe in Lexus after such experience. And I understand that it is motivation and the people who make the customer service better. :)
