Lexus Tops 2009 American Customer Satisfaction Index

Lexus has placed first in the American Customer Satisfaction Index, tying with Cadillac. Rounding out the top five was Buick, Honda and Lincoln-Mercury. Lexus scored 89 out of a possible 100 points, a 2.3% increase over last year.
This marks the fourth year in a row that Lexus has placed first in the University of Michigan study, which asks car buyers to rate their satisfaction level compared with their expectations.

I’m glad to see Lexus finally staying up top despite higher expectations from its customers. Now, I hope they not only continue it but IMPROVE!
Companies nowadays still have reliability and quality issues, but they have been recalling their vehicle right after a problem has been confirmed harmful - usually covered by the warranty or something. Lexus is gonna have some big competitions these coming years.
