In May, I posted a computer render of Fox Marketing’s next Lexus SEMA project, which looked the part of an IS-F convertible. Beyond that, there wasn’t much in the way of details, until My.IS editor Joaquin went straight to the source to find out more:

First off, in spite of the obvious IS F-style front fenders…this is not an IS F/IS C mashup, but an IS 350C that has received Seibon’s IS F carbon-fiber hood and front fenders…combined with the IS F’s stock, original-equipment side skirts…in true Artisan fashion, sits a single center-mounted turbocharger, slated to go on sale next month for approximately $6000 installed.

There’s certainly more to the transformation, including a mod I can’t wait to see: dark birch hardwood floors! Hot stuff.
